An exchange must be requested via email at firstname.lastname@example.org only within in 10 days of delivery. Please note that the exchange is subject to item availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code which will be emailed to you. Due to the nature of our business we do not offer a refund at this time. NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot issue refunds.
- Accessories, T-shirts, Bandeau Tops are all FINAL SALE. THESE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
- Items on sale or purchased with a coupon code are not eligible for exchange.
- Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to make an exchange. You must make this request within five days of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- When posting your item(s) for exchange we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
